Hello, and welcome to Encoded. I'm Nate Lanxon and I've drunk way too much coffee this morning.

First up this week is the brand new video from Nuevo-punk pioneers Les Savy Fav, whose album Let's Stay Friends saw them burst out of the underground and on to all the glossy covers towards the end of last year.

'What Would Wolves Do?' comes out in February and is accompanied by a truly messed up video, full of flying saucers and intrepid explorers. Oh, and bears going all kinds of crazy. It can be found tucked away on their MySpace page.

Also with a new video this week are Reading's electro-rockers Does it Offend You Yeah?, whose latest effort 'We Are Rockstars' comes out on 3 March.

The single is the third to be taken from their forthcoming debut album You Have No Idea What You're Getting Yourself Into, which has already drawn comparisons to Daft Punk, Justice and Muse. Does it Offend You Yeah? will also be hitting the road with NME after bagging a coveted slot on the Shockwaves tour which takes place throughout February.

Also out to download free this week is the Streetlab remix of 'Drugs In My Body', the new single from French electro producers Thieves Like Us. The original track appears on the lastest Kitsune compilation, Maison 5, alongside the likes of The Teenagers, Digitalism and MIA, and you can download this remix by heading over to streetlab.net, where you'll also find remixes for Crystal Castles, INXS and Kasabian.

Gig update now and the first few acts have been confirmed for this year's Rock Ness Festival, which takes place on the banks of Loch Ness on June the 7th and 8th. So far confirmed are Razorlight, Fat Boy Slim, Hadouken and CSS. Hopefully Razorlight will get devoured by that Loch Ness monster thing and give everyone a good laugh.

Black Kids play four dates across the UK with Friendly Fires and Ipso Facto as part of the Vice Live Tour. You can get in for free by singing up at www.vicelivetour.com.

Rolo Tomassi headline The Underworld in Camden on Feb 3rd, before heading off on the road with I Was a Cub Scout. The tour starts in Nottingham on the 4th and continues throughout the month.

Super Furry Animals have announced that they'll be headlining this year's Green Man Festival, which takes place on the 15th, 16th and 17th of August in the Brecon Beacons. Tickets are already on sale from the official festival website.

And finally, where do you go if you want to hear exclusive session versions of tracks by the likes of Jeffrey Lewis, Architecture in Helsinki and The Magic Numbers? Head over to daytrotter.com, where every week a featured band provides the site with a session which is available to download for free.

It's all above board, as all of the tracks have been recorded as exclusive daytrotter sessions, and there are pages and pages of tracks to download for free. As well as that, every band who goes into record a session gets interviewed, so you can learn while you're listening to the music.

Right, that's all for this week, I'll see you next time.
